Englewood
This is perhaps Florida's least well known stretch of coastline and often referred to as Florida's "best kept secret" and if you yearn for miles of dazzling white sandy beaches and turquoise seas then this is the vacation address for you. |
Located only 40 miles South of Sarasota the
area enjoys an average year round temperature of 75 degrees and the sea
is always in the 80's. The locations of our home is within easy reach
of the beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande. |

and completely secluded this beautifully spacious villa has been
furnished to a very high standard keeping guests’ needs for a thoroughly
enjoyable holiday / vacation in

The villa comprises a large living or great room
(22’4”x19’6”) with patio doors giving access to the pool.
Cable TV, CD/Tape Player and DVD Player complete
the entertainment unit. |

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and
a breakfast room beyond.
In addition to the usual cooker and hob there is
also a built – in microwave, waste disposal unit, dishwasher and ice
making full sized fridge as well as a telephone.
The utility room, between the garage and kitchen,
contains a washer and dryer.
All cooking utensils, linens etc. are provided.

The dining area is in addition to the breakfast
area and typically used for more formal occasions.
The open plan design of the villa gives access to
the dining area from both the kitchen and the Great Room

twin bedded room).
The superb Master Bedroom (22’6”x19’4”),
with Queen sized bed and
associated en-suite is a central feature.

telephone, with each of the other bedrooms having telephone points. |

The Pool

The pool deck is equipped with loungers,
chairs and a large table all overlooking the Pool.
Palmbreezes is South West facing and hence
the pool receives the sun all day.
The Main Bedroom, Great Room and Breakfast
Area all open out onto the pool. |

The golden sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast are an
easy 10 minutes drive away and golf courses are literally within 2 minutes.
Temporary membership is available to villa guests.
There is excellent
shopping at nearby Port Charlotte, about 15 minutes drive away.
There you’ll find drastically reduced costs in comparison with
the U.K.
There are many fine restaurants in the
vicinity, excellent leisure activities, and much much more - in fact, everything
you could possibly want for a wonderful holiday. Other activities include biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, golf, tennis, swimming, snorkelling and diving, water skiing and boating. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an easy day out. Disney is drivable but we generally advise guests to stay over in Orlando and then to stay with us afterwards - the perfect antidote to Disney! |

If its your first visit, and even though the directions we provide are
straightforward, you might want to consider being picked up (in
Ben’s Cadillac!) from the airport.
This can be arranged for any arrival time.
Car Hire can be arranged for delivery to the villa. |
